Class Schedule:

  • Monday, Thursday, Saturday: 7:30 AM

  • Wednesday, Friday: 9:30 AM

Fees — Group Classes:

  • $20 drop-in

  • $15 per class with a package of 6+

Additional Options:

Individual instruction is available on-site or at an agreed-upon location, with fees based on fitness needs and session length

Group or individual instruction can be offered at community-based settings such as recreation centers or senior centers

Corporate and small-business sessions can be customized and offered on-site or at an agreed-upon location
